DARPA ERI Summit 2023

Under the theme of “Reinventing Microelectronics Manufacturing,” DARPA’s Electronic Resurgence Initiative (ERI) Summit 2023 aims to highlight achievements of ERI programs so far and the promising efforts ahead; showcase visionary thought leadership from across sectors; and provide a forum for community dialogue and input on new initiatives.

Critical topics to be addressed include – but are far from limited to – major U.S. strides in microelectronics, including the CHIPS and Science Act; supply chain security; future-focused U.S. manufacturing; artificial intelligence; 3D microsystems of tomorrow; new efforts in thermal management, RF devices, and simulation of advanced materials; and foundational ERI 2.0 programs such as Next-Generation Microelectronics Manufacturing (NGMM) and the Joint University Microelectronics Program 2.0 (JUMP 2.0).
