Tennessee’s Transition to a Single, Unified System of Care

Like many public sector agencies, the Tennessee Department of Health’s Early Childhood Section manages a lot of data.

Their evidence-based home visiting programs capture data on families from across the state to guide their efforts in promoting the health and wellness of Tennessee’s youngest residents and their caregivers. But until recently, this valuable information – which is regularly leveraged by program directors, funders and state agencies – was still managed using spreadsheets. This resulted in unstandardized datasets, overlapping or duplicated reporting efforts and drained personnel hours.

By transitioning to single, unified case management system, the division is on track to make huge improvements to its workflows and interactions with constituents throughout the state.

Join leadership from the division and its technology partners at Bonterra for a live webinar on September 22, 2023, at 10 AM PT/1 PM ET to explore what the division has learned from the technology procurement and deployment process.

The panel will cover:

  • Steps agencies can take to enhance their data management practices
  • Using modern tools to address agency and community needs
  • How case management software can support equity initiatives

Complimentary:    $ 0.00
